By recycling waste to produce electrical power for the Cyprus grid system. Using the recycled plastic and motor tyres to produce park furniture. The recycled metal could be sold for steel production.
Segregation of household waste would be required on collection. Insentive to send tyres and unwanted vehicles to central recycling plant. The scheme would require a central site for sorting and generating electricity. A central plant for recycling plastic and used vehicle tyres to produce park furniture or sold back to the public for garden furniture.
