A Learning Centre to be establish where former prisoners may register after their release. The Centre will be responsible evaluating their needs and identifying their strengths.
Reversable states for rehabilitation of the individuals by earning a second chance in life. The centre in cooperation with private companies will offer this opportunity to individuals willing to reverse their life. Issue a tailor program for each individual consentraded on their strengths and needs of the market. Cooperation with other organizations will be necessary to establish best results according to the needs of each former prisoner. Life coaches to be former prisoners as a live example to the individuals. Program will last for six months with a request of extent according to the case (personalized) after the evaluation of the centre and the employers.

The concept is to include former prisoners as life coaches or assistants to the centre and create a half way to the reality. Employees such as in administrative department if possible, to be former prisoners as well. Individuals will receive a holistic training as therapy and receive assistance to reunite them with their families by helping rebuild trust between family members.
