Sterilization of stray dogs - Rehabilitation of dogs in shelters and owning families

1- Sterilization

2- Rehabilitation and ownership of dogs in shelters

1- Sterilization

Although many are collected and put in shelters, new dogs are thrown into the street every day and are uncontrollably multiplying. No shelter is sufficient in the face of this proliferation. Therefore, sterilization is very important.  Because both people are ignorant about this and this operation is expensive, most people do not mind their animals getting pregnant and throw them out after a while. Animals collected from the street every day are placed in shelters, shelters are soon filled above their capacity and are inadequate. Dogs live a bad life and die in shelters that are inadequate in health-nutrition. First, it is necessary to prevent the sterilization and proliferation of unclaimed and/or owned cat-dogs. Incentives are also required for the sterilization of possessed dogs.

Although a few volunteer people or unions try to help treat and neuter stray animals, it is very expensive and no one can afford it. There are people who voluntarily care about dogs living on this street, not neutering alone, but for these dogs, the annual vaccination, parasite drug, etc. costs are too high. Not even these things can be done for a lot of time, even food costs are too heavy. Therefore, and because there are too many dogs, they cannot budget for sterilization.

2- Rehabilitation and ownership of dogs in shelters

Dogs in existing shelters are mostly untrained dogs collected from the streets. They need to be rehabilitated and trained to become suitable for families in order to own it.
