I would like children in Cyprus to grow with more creativity. I imagine after-school programmes where they learn arts, writing, reading, languages, cooking, sports, games, music, stories.
I imagine after-school programmes encouraging different types of learning becoming mandatory and supported throughout the island. Children can learn different things in these after-school programmes which are not availabile to them in the exam-focused education system. They can have outdoor activities, games, sports, story-telling, cooking, arts, writing, wood-carving, drama, music, languages, and any other interest areas aimed at developing creativity and expression and emotional well-being of children of all ages in Cyprus.
