Economically sustainable job opportunities for young inhabitants of rural, remote and isolated areas in Cyprus
Young people will be engaged in developing useful skills for their career. For example, older people and experts can share their knowledge through workshops and gatherings and encourage young people to start their own businesses, take over already existing ones or work in traditional professions which unfortunately tend to fade nowadays.
The project will give opportunities to young people to develop professionally, and have financial stability so that leaving their home place will not be anymore in their thoughts.
Inclusiveness and intergenerational exchange will be promoted. It will be a step towards more equal access to job opportunities.
