The project will train the women leaders of the future by starting with very basic public speaking and leadership skills development for young girls aged 13 to 15.
Main objective: Build the capacity of up to 100 young girls in public speaking and leadership skills
The project aims to build the confidence of young girls by providing very basic but fun skills training utilising professional trainers but also established women leaders from their own community such as doctors, laweyrs, teachers, MP, community ledears, NGO presidents, women in STEM and business women.
The idea is to break down barriers around what it means to be a leader and to build the confidence in young girls that tehy can be and do anything.
