The proposed action will include curriculum development specifically for high school teachers in both sides of Cyprus about gender theory.

This proposed projects main concern is to educate the high school teachers in the topic of 'gender theory', in which they educate and communicate with the future of tomorrow, youth. Young people start to get to know themselves, understand and learn about the streotypes at high school ages. It is very important that the teachers are not discriminating youth, putting pressure due their gender identities and orientations. This project will unreveal the common myths and streotypes on gender theory, providing the knowledge and skills to teachers for healthier high school years for the youth.  Within this project of educating the teachers with the information on LGBTQI+ rights and human rights it is possible to change a generation with raised awereness, visibility of LGBTQI+ community.
