Women sharing experiences group

All women experience inequality. If experiences are shared then they become collective and powerful. I propose to form different groups where women gather sharing everyday inequalities and solutions.
The idea is to create different groups where women share their experiences in a safe space. The sharing will reveal also solutions for tackling inequalities while offering also support between women and solidarity.
The groups should be open to all women, from all backgrounds and can be topic related, such as balancing work/life balance, single mothers, women climbing the career ladder, raising boys, women in peace etc.
The groups can meet monthly, have a coordinator and at some point organise a conference where women experiences and solutions are made public so that authorities have a base to work on.
