Identification and development of the workforce in our country through a website called ‘Person Reservation System’ (www.PRS90.com).

As PRS90.com, we aim to provide effective, innovative and rational solutions for addresing unemployment in our country by identifying the capacities of the labor market in our country.

By using PRS, the Ministry can achieve the following:

  • Identify people who need jobs
  • Identify unregistered workers
  • Identify people who are competent in area of work
  • Provide opportunities for local workforce
  • Support development of qualified workforce

Through the PRS system, we can assess the capacities, skills and references of workforce and also identify unregistered workers in our country. By doing so, we can avert illegal intermediary parties and protect the rights of employees and employers. By assessing the daily workforce needs of the companies who are registered in our system, we can identify opportunities for people who look for work on a daily basis.  We can also create an added-value by having an online PLATFORM that identifies demand and supply for the labour market in collaboration with the MINISTRY.

Our requirements from people who will register at PRS:

  • Student Status: As in every country, students in our country should be given the opportunity to work part-time and accordingly, the system should add a work order.
  • Foreign and Tourist Worker Status: Foreigners or tourists who want to try and explore job opportunities in our country should be able to have a work order for a reasonable trial period so that they can be registered in the legal system.
  •  Working Permits: In case needed, people who are in the country with a work permit should be granted with a work order that could allow them to work on a part-time basis.

Our requirements from companies who will become members of PRS:

  • Companies will not have any other legal obligation as long as they provide work orders for people who meet the criteria listed above. By this way, we aim to prevent unregistered employment.

Given the reasons identified above, we are proud to share our PRS system that could serve our country and contribute to our economy.
