This proposal aims to provide a bi-communal digital participation site to enable stakeholders (citizens, foreign citizens, NGOs) take part in decision making processes.

This proposal aims to provide a bi-communal electronic participation site to involve stakeholders (citizens, foreign citizens, NGOs) take part in the decision making processes. 

United Nations E-Government 2018 Survey indicates that there are some countries that benefit from digital decision-making practices. Furthermore, there are no e-decision making site available within the country. 

Evotecyprus is planned to be the first and engaging bicommunal website to involve users in decision-making processes. The site aims to increase digital participation of users as well as being a medium for the people whose voice are not heard. 

Evotecyprus site aims to collaborate with NGOs to provide them with related datasets so they can use for their advocacy. 

Furthermore, pools will be made for the topics which are debated within the public to have an objective and analytical evaluation.
